HMP 4001 is a water-based hydroxyl polyacrylate dispersion that can be used with isocyanate curing agents to prepare waterborne two component polyurethane coatings, as well as with amino resins or blocked isocyanates to prepare waterborne single component baking coatings.

About 45% is dispersed in water/solvent Naphtha 100/propylene glycol butyl ether solution, neutralized with N, N-nenenebb dimethylethanolamine, with a ratio of about 46.5:
