B series matting agent
B series gasoloid matting agent is a kind of matting agent with special properties produced by combining the process characteristics of gas phase method and precipitation method. It has high transparency, high re-coating property, high matting property, high dispersion and good arrangement and hand feeling. The surface of the particles is treated by inorganic or organic treatment, which can meet the performance of various application fields to the greatest extent.
Typical Application Features
B series aerosol matting agent is via surface treatment, making its special surface structure to have higher matting and dispersion, and ideal transparency. It can be widely used in coatings, ink systems and various kinds of baking paints. Due to its good dispersion, it can be added at any stage without grinding.
Due to the particularity of each customer’s using system, can use this series of matting agent with dispersant (such as BT6806) and leveling agent with strong layout to achieve better layout and hand feeling. At the same time, it is suggested that when use this B series matting agent, matching thixotropic anti settling powder or organic wax additives, it will get better anti settling effect.
