TY-3213 is a water-soluble acrylic resin that has been neutralized and can be diluted directly with water. The viscosity decreases slowly in the early stage of dilution, and then with the increase of water addition, the viscosity remains unchanged, which is a normal phenomenon. When the amount of water added reaches 140-150% of the resin mass, the viscosity of the system decreases with the increase of the amount of water added.
TY-3213 can be used with fully etherified amino resins such as Cymel 303LF, or partially etherified resins such as Cymel 327 can be used to improve performance.
Suitable baking temperature range is 120-190.
