ATY-RL410 Liquid Rheology Additives

ATY-RL410 is a 50% active content modified polyurea solution that is a highly effective

liquid rheology additive for solvent and solvent-free systems. The rheological additives

of this class are characterized by:

Giving non-aqueous systems a thixotropic, strong shear-thinning flow properties, it

provides excellent anti-settling properties and anti-denting properties, while having

superior leveling properties, the rheology additive further provides a good balance of

sagging and leveling, and reduces the orange peel of the coating.

It can be used as a single thickener to enhance storage stability and anti-sagging

properties, or it can be combined with other thickeners to fine-tune the rheological

properties of the final system. The liquid additive is easy to use and can be added at a

later stage, while ensuring homogeneous mixing.
